Terms and Conditions for Baby+

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Baby+ (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Baby+ is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help parents and caregivers track baby-related information and reminders.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Baby+ is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding your child’s health and medications.

3. Account and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the App, including medication schedules and reminder settings.

4. Local Data Storage

The App is primarily designed for local storage on your device. You acknowledge that uninstalling the App may remove local data unless restored by platform backup features.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases (App Store)

Some features require a Baby+ Pro subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. The following auto-renewable subscription options may be offered (prices in USD; the price shown in the App Store at checkout applies in your region):

• Auto-renewal: All Baby+ Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store subscription management). Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until that period ends unless otherwise stated by Apple.
• Billing and refunds: Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable store policies. We do not process or store your full payment credentials.

Other in-app purchases, if offered, are also subject to Apple’s terms and the product description shown at purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App
• Misuse reminders or features in a way that may cause harm

7. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App under these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws in your operating jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
